Purpose
Working within the central Quality & Standards Team, in collaboration with operational colleagues across Homes2Inspire, to drive continuous quality improvement and support positive outcomes for children and young people.
As Quality Development Manager, you will work alongside Operations Managers, Regional Directors, Registered Home Managers and the Quality Assurance Team to support services in achieving and sustaining high standards of care and compliance. The role is focused on quality development rather than quality assurance, acting as a critical friend to leaders and teams to build capability, strengthen practice, prepare services for regulatory inspection, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
You will support services to respond effectively to quality assurance findings, inspection outcomes, audits and performance data, ensuring improvement plans are implemented and sustained. The role will be instrumental in promoting consistency, developing leadership confidence, sharing best practice, and driving excellence across all Homes2Inspire services.
