About the Role
Apollo Radiology International (ARI) provides high-quality, safe and efficient teleradiology services to healthcare providers.
As our UK business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and experienced Quality & Governance Administrator to join our Quality & Governance team.
This is an important role within the team, providing administrative support across quality, governance, compliance and radiologist onboarding. You will work closely with the Quality & Governance Manager and collaborate with clinical, operational, recruitment and service delivery teams across the business.

As a Quality & Governance Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Quality & Governance Manager and wider team.
You will help maintain accurate governance and compliance records, support audits and quality reviews, coordinate meetings and documentation, and assist with monitoring radiologist compliance requirements.
The role requires someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of their work while maintaining a high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism.
As ARI grows, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, develop new skills and contribute to the development of our quality and governance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Governance Support
- Provide efficient administrative support to the Quality & Governance Manager and wider governance team.
- Prepare, format and maintain policies, procedures, reports, meeting papers and other governance documents.
- Organise governance meetings, circulate agendas, take accurate minutes and maintain action logs.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure they are completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain central logs, spreadsheets, trackers and electronic filing systems.
- Ensure governance information is accurate, complete, up to date and securely stored.
- Support the preparation of reports and information for internal governance meetings and reviews.
Quality, Risk & Compliance
- Assist with logging and tracking clinical incidents, complaints, risks and other governance matters.
- Support audits, quality reviews and compliance checks.
- Maintain appropriate records and supporting evidence for governance and compliance activities.
- Assist with monitoring actions arising from audits, incidents and governance reviews.
- Support the Quality & Governance Manager with the maintenance and development of governance processes.
Radiologist Compliance & Onboarding
- Work closely with the Recruitment & Engagement team to support radiologist onboarding and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate trackers for professional registration, mandatory training, appraisal and other compliance requirements.
- Review and monitor outstanding documentation.
- Follow up with relevant colleagues and radiologists where information is outstanding.
- Escalate any significant delays or compliance concerns to the Quality & Governance Manager.
- Ensure compliance information is recorded accurately and maintained in line with ARI processes.
Working Across the Business
- Liaise with clinical, service delivery, recruitment and operational teams to support governance requirements.
- Develop positive working relationships with radiologists, clinical leads and other stakeholders.
- Provide administrative cover for other governance activities when required.
- Support the team with new projects and initiatives as the business develops.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and systems.
- Contribute to a positive culture of quality, safety, integrity and continuous improvement.
About You

Essential Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in administration, governance, quality, compliance or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced word-processing and document formatting skills.
- Experience maintaining spreadsheets, trackers and electronic records.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment.
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
- Healthcare or teleradiology.
- Quality and clinical governance.
- Healthcare compliance.
- Radiologist onboarding or credentialing.
- Professional registration and mandatory training processes.
- Audit and quality improvement.
- Data protection and confidentiality.
- Working with multidisciplinary teams.
Healthcare or radiology governance experience is desirable but not essential. Training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
Working Arrangement
This is a hybrid role, providing flexibility to work remotely while requiring attendance at the office when needed for business purposes.
Office attendance may be required for team meetings, training, governance activities, collaboration with colleagues and other business requirements.
