Quality Manager

At our office in Nuremberg, we are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible. Responsibilities Establish, implement, and continuously improve a Quality Management System (QMS) with the goal of achieving certification according to ISO 9001 / AQAP 2210 Develop, introduce, and document quality policies, processes, and standards across the company, as well as analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits during the certification process Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulatory requirements, and customer-specific requirements (particularly in the defense sector) Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and executive management teams to integrate quality standards across all business areas Train and raise awareness among employees on quality-related topics Manage documents within the QMS framework Support in supplier evaluation and quality assurance activities Degree in engineering, computer science, quality management, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a software company or in regulated industries (e.g., defense, aerospace) Proven experience in setting up and implementing a QMS, ideally including successful ISO 9001 and AQAP 2210 certification Strong knowledge of process management and continuous improvement methodologies, as well as experience with audit processes (internal and external) Proficiency with common tools for documentation and process management Familiarity with software development processes (e.g., Agile, V-model) is preferred High level of initiative and ability to work independently in a small-company environment Fluent in English and strong communication skills across all organizational levels Join our mission and become part of an innovative, dynamic team!
