Quality Manager - Supply Chain

About the Role

As Quality Manager – Supply Chain Management, you will play a key role in the continued development and professionalization of our Supply Chain Management function, including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and asset management.

Within the SCM scope, you will be responsible for further developing, implementing, and optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with established workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. At the same time, you will support the management of inspections, calibrations, certifications, and other quality-related activities across the SCM area.

You will work closely with colleagues in Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Operational Excellence, and HSEQ to ensure efficient processes, high data quality, and a culture characterized by quality, structure, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

· Enance, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and work instructions within Supply Chain Management.

· Ensure compliance with established processes and standards within procurement, warehousing, logistics, and asset management.

· Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives with a focus on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.

· Map, analyze, and optimize workflows across SCM functions.

· Ensure effective management of inspections, calibrations, certifications, and equipment compliance.

· Support data quality and governance related to inventory, equipment, and supply chain processes.

· Plan and conduct internal audits and follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions.

· Develop KPIs, analyses, and reporting to support management decision-making.

· Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing within quality and process improvement.

· Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization on standardization and implementation of best practices.

Qualifications

· Experience with quality management, process optimization, or operational excellence.

· Experience within Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Warehouse, or Logistics is an advantage.

· Experience with implementing and maintaining processes and procedures.

· Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or similar methodologies.

· Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Proficiency in English and Danish, both written and spoken.

· Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with ISO 9001 and other management systems.

· Experience with internal audits and compliance-related activities.

· Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

· Experience with calibrations, certifications, or asset management.

· Experience from the wind industry or another technical service organization.
