On Site Location: 11811 Willows Rd NE, Redmond, WA

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, flexible


Summary:

In this role, you will support the Emergency Care business by reviewing service reports, identifying and documenting potential product complaints, and ensuring information is accurately captured for regulatory and quality purposes. You’ll partner closely with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Depot teams to gather required information, coordinate product returns, support trending and audits, and reinforce complaint reporting expectations.

What You Will Do:

  • Review field service reports to determine whether additional investigation or complaint reporting is required.
  • Enter, assign, and accurately code complaints for tracking and trending purposes.
  • Partner with Field Service to gather missing information and ask appropriate screening questions.
  • Support complaint data collection, analysis, and trending activities.
  • Coordinate product returns associated with complaints or investigations.
  • Assist with internal audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking information related to complaints and service reports.
  • Coach Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Depot teams on complaint reporting requirements and expectations.

What You Need:

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Competency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Track Wise, SalesForce/ServiceMax
  • Knowledge of medical device industry

$24.82 - $33.58 USD Hourly

Travel Percentage: 10%

Work Flexibility

  • Remote – Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

  • Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

  • Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

  • Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
