Program overview Liberty Healthcare operates statewide program in Indiana which conducts quality reviews of providers of Home and Community Based Services and provides technical assistance on best practices in person-centered support. Responsibilities As a Quality Reviewer, your daily work will involve: Traveling throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana Conducting on site reviews at provider organizations Investigating complaints Preparing reports Developing corrective action plans Following up with providers organization to monitor quality improvement Work setting This is a remote position which will allow you to work partially from your home office and require you to travel regularly throughout the Indianapolis metro area and Central Indiana. Schedule You will work Monday through Friday, primarily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
