Quantitative Researcher

Our client is a profitable, fast-growing stealth quantitative trading firm built on a clean-slate architecture that fuses deep market-making expertise with cutting-edge AI/ML. Founded by veteran traders and researchers from top-tier prop trading firms and frontier AI labs, they are assembling a small, elite team to build a "living platform" designed to turn constant technological change into a competitive advantage.

The firm is fully remote and currently hiring across the board for new positions. They are actively looking for top-tier talent to help design, build, and scale their core AI and quantitative trading systems.

They are specifically emphasizing hiring for the following core areas:

• Software Engineers: Focused on building high-volume, low-latency trading infrastructure and developing advanced, robust data pipelines.
• AI & Machine Learning Engineers: Bringing strong backgrounds from top frontier AI labs to integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities directly into the firm's core architecture.
• Quantitative Researchers: Dedicated to driving the rigorous mathematical research, statistical modeling, and machine learning behind their trading strategies.
• Quantitative Developers: Tasked with bridging the gap between research and engineering, translating advanced models into high-performance production code.

Compensation: $500k base + equity (Fully Remote)
