Your role Deliver cost planning, estimating, and budget management from feasibility through to final account. Prepare accurate cost forecasts, cashflows, and monthly commercial reports. Support procurement activities including tender documentation, analysis, and contract preparation. Administering various contract types, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. Managing contract change reviewing validity, quotations and ensuring timely submissions and agreement. Identifying, analysing, and mitigating commercial risks. Assisting in value engineering to optimise project performance. Build effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners. About you Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent relevant experience, with progress towards or interest in achieving professional chartership (RICS or equivalent). Experience in cost planning, estimating, benchmarking and commercial management within infrastructure, construction or related sectors. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate insights effectively. Knowledge of standard methods of measurement and cost management principles. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, cost management tools and data analysis software Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective client relationships. A proactive and innovative approach, with strong organisational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
