QUANTITY SURVEYOR - COMMERCIAL FIT OUT

£45,000 - £55,000 + Package | London | Hybrid/Flexible | ASAP Start

A growing Design & Build commercial fit-out contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 3-5 years' post-graduate experience to join their expanding commercial team.

This is a great opportunity for a QS who wants hands-on commercial exposure, genuine responsibility and the chance to progress into running their own projects.

The Role:

You'll initially work closely with the senior commercial team across:

* Pre-contract estimating, take-offs and pricing
* Cost planning and commercial management
* Supporting live CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects
* Working with consultants, landlords, clients and subcontractors
* Supporting delivery and project management where required
* Developing towards independently managing schemes from £50k up to £5m

The successful candidate will be someone who is commercially switched-on, client-facing and happy to get stuck into the detail. This isn't a role for someone looking to stay purely behind a desk - you'll have the opportunity to get involved across the wider business and take ownership as you develop.

About You:

* 3-5 years' post-graduate QS experience
* Commercial fit-out experience preferred
* Main contractor or consultancy background considered
* Strong pre-contract experience essential
* Confident with estimating, take-offs, pricing and cost management
* Comfortable dealing with clients, consultants and landlords
* Good communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business
