Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy - Data Centre
Our client is one of Ireland's fastest growing cost consultancies with an excellent client book and pipeline of work that are looking to hire a QS with excellent client facing skills to join the Data Centre team.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans.
- Managing and negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of pre-contract and procurement processes.
