Quoting Team Leader (m/f/d) - EMEAA, Steam Services Parts VS

This role is part of the end-to-end Value Stream operating model, structured around 4 Value Streams to better support our customers from opportunity through execution. This model will strengthen accountability and cross-functional collaboration, enabling faster, more predictable delivery, improved customer outcomes, and sustainable growth.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the EMEAA quoting team for Steam Services Parts VS, accountable for daily quote execution, quality, responsiveness, and operational performance across the region.
• Manage customer quotations, including input coordination, pricing support, and contract setup in line with global standards.
• Ensure accurate, timely quoting execution, including parts extension to plants in RPDM and use of defined processes and tools.
• Drive daily operating rigor through workload management, prioritization, escalation handling, and performance follow-up.
• Support process improvements, standard work updates, and system-enabled ways of working defined by the global quoting organization.
• Represent quoting within the EMEAA regional team and coordinate with commercial, operations, supply management, and other stakeholders.
• Escalate operational issues, process gaps, and customer-impacting risks promptly while supporting practical regional resolution.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional team to build capability, engagement, and sustainable performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Leadership experience in quoting, commercial operations, customer support, order management, or a related operational environment.
• Proven capability in team leadership, coaching, and employee development.
• Lean, AI, and transformation experience, with ability to support process improvement and efficient, system-enabled ways of working.
• Strong knowledge of Steam Services operational processes and market requirements.
• Strong working knowledge of Steam Services tools, including OSERP and NEX.
• Experience in quotation processes, pricing support, contract setup, or related commercial operations activities.
• Strong execution discipline, organizational skills, and ability to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective collaboration skills and ability to work across functions and represent the team within the regional business.
