RAG Engineer at BairesDev

As a RAG Engineer, you will design and deploy advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines. You will connect modern generative AI models with specialized information retrieval architectures to deliver context-aware, highly accurate intelligent systems.

What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain scalable retrieval-augmented generation pipelines from end to end.
• Design advanced indexing strategies to ensure efficient data access and sub-second retrieval speeds.
• Optimize the integration between large language models and vector search infrastructure.
• Implement robust evaluation frameworks to continuously improve pipeline accuracy and response grounding.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed generative AI capabilities into production applications.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and information retrieval systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
