Help shape the future of sustainable energy! High-Voltage circuit breakers are crucial for safe control and operations of our electricity grids. Monitoring high‑voltage switchgear is vital for ensuring a stable and safe electricity supply. By detecting issues like insulation failures, overheating, or mechanical wear early, monitoring helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions, prevent outages, protects critical infrastructure, and extends equipment lifetime. As part of the monitoring R&D team in Germany, you make a valuable contribution to keeping power systems reliable and advancing the energy transition around the world.
How you’ll make an impact
Project manager for strategic projects with internal and external suppliers and partners
Product introduction of new monitoring solutions in the power grids domain
Work on the full scope of monitoring from sensor via embedded device to cloud integration
Drive development of complex hardware-software-systems in an agile, motivated, cross-functional global team
Maintain and expand all necessary skills to master complex R&D projects
Foster alignment across diverse stakeholders through your structured, collaborative communication style
Your background
Experience in project management in product R&D (agile: SCRUM; classic: Gate model)
Practical experience in project execution and requirements engineering, including understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and software engineering for embedded devices
Practical experience in Azure DevOps or similar tools
Very strong communication skills in English (C1) and at least basic German (B1)
Willingness for occasional business travel (<10%)
