Job Title: R&D Senior Member of Technical Staff, Value Validation Location: Hyderabad (Primary), Bangalore (Secondary) Employment Type: Regular, full-time, hybrid work arrangement The job The Value Realization Validation technical staff will ensure that AVEVA's value realization propositions are rigorously tested and daily monitored with automation for its customer value. A Value Realization focuses the outcome to deliver meaningful customer value, facilitates incremental value delivery to the market and respects budget guardrails and required AVEVA business benefits. This role involves comprehensive system validation to user needs and business requirements end-to-end, and automation, ensuring that each value realizations meet customer expectations and organizational standards. The role must possess good understanding of the product/portfolio or system they are validating, as well as the tools, techniques, and technologies used in the validation process to validate against the expected outcomes. The technical staff will work closely with specialist and cross-functional teams to validate the effectiveness of the value realizations across all stages. Key responsibilities Define and validate persona-based scenarios and end-to-end workflows, ensuring value realization aligns with customer needs. Enable and validate data flows across industrial systems, cloud platforms, and microservices architectures against functional and non-functional requirements. Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies (manual and automated) to ensure system reliability, scalability, performance, and data integrity. Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to align on data requirements, integration points, and solution architecture. Develop automation, performance testing, and validation frameworks while maintaining documentation and leveraging enterprise data (MES, SCADA, ERP, IoT, etc.) to generate insights and validate outcomes Essential requirements · Customer-focused mindset · Experience in system integrations and solution validation, with strong understanding of data flow automation, end-to-end integration, cloud testing, and microservices architecture. · Proficiency in developing automation frameworks and tools using C#, TypeScript, and Python. Desired skills and competencies Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/IT with 8+ years of experience in platform testing, software development, system integration, and cloud/microservices environments. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), performance testing, and system optimization techniques.
