R&D Specialist- Drupal

We are looking for a talented R&D Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our cutting-edge projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and integrating Drupal-based solutions, ensuring seamless performance and scalability. With a focus on DevOps, you will automate processes, optimize deployment, and enhance our overall development workflow. Develop and configure custom Drupal solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Integrate Drupal applications with databases and data lake solutions, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB. Connect Drupal with enterprise systems like Salesforce and SAP, facilitating data exchange and process automation. Utilize Acquia's Drupal hosting services and content delivery networks to enhance performance and scalability. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI, streamlining the development process. Automate build, deployment, and operational tasks through Python and shell scripting. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and Acquia Cloud. Must have: 7 Years of experience in Drupal development, including custom modules and themes with Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field. Proven track record in integrating Drupal with databases and enterprise systems. Familiarity with Acquia's Drupal hosting services and content delivery networks. Proficiency in designing and running CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI. Scripting skills in Python and shell for automation purposes. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Acquia Cloud is preferred. It would be nice if you had: Exposure to ATDD/BDD practices (e.g., Cucumber or similar) and writing executable specifications with product owners. Experience with performance or security testing and integrating these checks into pipelines. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or a major cloud platform for running applications and test suites.
