R&D Staff Projects Manager

Key Responsibilities This role is open for Penang R&D Sustaining Group Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle. This role required MFG background. This role will be handle Manufacturing escalations, Customer escalations, Quality /RMA escalations and life cycle management projects as well. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and action-item tracking. Manage project scope, cost, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve project objectives. Facilitate project planning, decision-making, and problem-solving across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Services, and other stakeholders. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks while balancing schedule, cost, quality, and feature requirements. Drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders and escalate issues appropriately when needed. Build strong partnerships across functions to ensure successful project execution. Provide clear and timely project communications to project teams, sponsors, and leadership. Evaluate trade-offs and make recommendations to support business objectives and project success. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices. Ensure compliance with applicable product development processes, tools, and governance requirements.
