React Developer

Job Brief Neurocom S.A. is presently looking for a React Developer to become a member of the team behind the Motiwai.com — a cloud-native Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform helping companies simplify and automate sales incentives. In this role, you will be responsible for building fast, scalable, and intuitive user interfaces that support real-time performance tracking for Sales, Finance, and HR teams. You will work closely with product and backend teams to deliver high-quality features and seamless user experiences. Main Responsibilities • Develop reusable and responsive UI components using React + TypeScript • Integrate with OpenAPI-based backends • Collaborate in designing and implementing dashboards, workflows, and reporting features • Optimize performance and ensure high-quality, maintainable, and testable code Job Requirements • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with React • Proficiency in TypeScript • Strong knowledge of React fundamentals: hooks, state management, component lifecycle • Familiarity with modern tooling: Vite, Webpack, ESLint, Prettier • Experience integrating with REST/OpenAPI-based APIs • Solid understanding of Git workflows in a collaborative development environment • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) • Excellent remote communication skills and proactive in a distributed team Desirable Knowledge • Experience with Spring Boot (or similar Java-based backends) • Working knowledge of SQL databases Personal Skills • Structured and analytical thinking with a focus on results • Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers (team player) • Self-motivation, confidence, courtesy We offer • Competitive salary • Group Medical Plan • An individual subscription to an e-learning platform that promotes professional mastery and personal growth • Agile company culture embracing simplicity, speed, flexibility, autonomy, and diversity • Multi-project team environment with experienced high-caliber professionals delivering mission-critical applications that impact thousands of users
