What awaits you We are seeking a skilled React developer to independently develop and maintain our web application. As a developer on this project, you will have ownership of the frontend architecture, development process, and implementation decisions. Design and implement the frontend architecture of our web application Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Transform business requirements into structured technical specifications. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA engineers to refine requirements. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Implement and maintain quality assurance processes Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Handle state management and data architecture Implement automated testing strategies Manage deployment and build processes Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization What should you bring along University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 5 years of experience with React.js and its ecosystem Mandatory skills: MCP + Skills + Agents, VSCode + Github or similar IDE Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Expert understanding of React concepts (Hooks, Context, etc.) Strong experience with state management (Redux, MobX, or Zustand) Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar) Experience with React testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library) Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks Experience with responsive and adaptive design Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks Experience with UI component libraries Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) Knowledge of browser DevTools and debugging Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions Excellent English verbal and written skills German communication skills will be a plus What do we offer?
