CyberArrow is currently investing significant resources to deliver successful revenue increase across its Enterprise GRC. Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Front End ReactJS Engineer at CyberArrow. You will be responsible for building core product experiences used by enterprise customers, shaping how the platform looks, feels, and performs as it scales. This role suits someone who enjoys startup environments, moves quickly from idea to implementation, and takes full ownership of front end delivery. Responsibilities Build and evolve complex user interfaces using ReactJS Own front end implementation from initial concept through release and iteration Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to turn requirements into production ready features Make thoughtful decisions around front end structure, performance, and maintainability Create reusable components and shared UI patterns across the platform Ensure applications are fast, accessible, and responsive across devices Integrate front end functionality with APIs and backend services Identify UI and UX issues and resolve them with minimal overhead Continuously improve existing features while delivering new ones Contribute to technical discussions and raise the overall quality bar Support other team members and unblock progress when needed Take on additional responsibilities as the product and team evolve We Are Looking For Someone Who Cares deeply about building polished, reliable user experiences Is comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements Takes initiative and follows work through without close supervision Enjoys collaborating in small, high ownership teams Values clean code, thoughtful architecture, and long term maintainability Is open to feedback and actively looks for ways to improve the product Must Haves Strong hands on experience building production ReactJS applications Solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals Experience working with complex front end state and data flows Comfort integrating front end applications with backend APIs Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem solving skills Experience delivering features in a fast paced product environment University degree in Business, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field Proven ability to deliver against clear goals and outcomes Nice To Haves Experience building or scaling a B2B SaaS product Familiarity with cybersecurity, compliance, or regulated environments Experience improving performance and usability in data heavy interfaces Key Outcomes and Metrics Progress is measured through monthly OKRs, with a focus on shipping impactful features, maintaining quality, and improving customer experience.
