Qualifications: Proven experience in full-stack development Solid knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, and React Familiarity with microservice architecture, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines Willingness to mentor others and contribute to a strong engineering culture A problem-solving mindset and a passion for building great products Techstack: BackEnd: Micro-service built on Java/Kotlin Spring Boot REST API with OpenAPI specification S3: MinIO used for storage of images and other data DB: PostgreSQL/MSSQL/Oracle with a GraphQL layer FrontEnd: React, TypeScript Frontends monorepo orchestrated with Turborepo and pnpm All apps are bootstrapped with Vite Vitest is used for unit tests CSS: Our design system built on top of Stitches and Radix UI components DevOps: GitLab CI/CD Docker, Kubernetes Working Hours & Location: 🌍 Location: Bratislava (Hybrid) ✈️ Travel: Minimal travel may be required Level 📊 This role is a Medior level Compensation At Innovatrics, we offer highly competitive salaries because we value top talent who share our values and goals. We have a one single interview round that takes approximately 2 - 2,5 hours and is divided into two stages: Stage 1: Technical Interview (60 min) An interactive session with our technical team, focusing on your problem-solving approach and technical knowledge relevant to the role. Stage 2: Practical Collaboration (60~90 min) A hands-on session where you will work directly with our Software Engineers and Hiring Manager on a real-world problem.
