THE ROLE

As a Real Estate Agent at Catalyst, you will run your own portfolio of residential and/or commercial property. You will win listings, market them well and take deals from first conversation through to registration.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prospect, qualify leads and turn conversations into mandates

• List, market and show properties, virtually and on site

• Prepare market research and CMAs, and advise sellers on pricing, positioning and offers

• Negotiate deals and manage contracts and transaction documents

• Work with attorneys, bond originators, buyers and other stakeholders to keep deals moving

• Keep your pipeline accurate and up to date in our CRM

• Represent Catalyst with integrity, transparency and a high standard of service

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (PPRA registered)

• Proven property sales experience, or the drive to learn fast under real coaching

• Strong negotiation, pricing and contract skills

• Confidence with CRM platforms and digital tools

• Excellent communication and a client focused attitude

• Self discipline to work independently while staying plugged into the team

• Sound ethics. Our clients trust us with major decisions and we take that seriously

BONUS POINTS

• Prior brokerage or property management experience

• Strong knowledge of your local market

• A track record of meeting or beating sales targets
