Real Estate & Social Media Assistant

Hourly Rate: $11–$18.5 USD/hour

Part-Time Monthly Rate: $880 - $1,480 (based on 20 hours per week)

Full-Time Monthly Rate:$1,760 - $2,960 (based on 40 hours per week)

About the role:

This role is about supporting a growing U.S. real estate company with client follow-ups, CRM management, property listings, scheduling, and basic social media tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Manage calendars, appointments, and prospective client follow-ups
• Keep client information and interactions updated in the CRM
• Conduct warm and cold outreach through calls and email
• Post and manage property listings on Zillow, Realtor.com, and similar platforms
• Create basic Canva graphics, monitor social media messages/comments, and assist with Google Slides presentations

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years old
• 2+ years of experience in real estate, administrative support, customer service, sales support, or similar roles
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Comfortable handling phone and email outreach
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and personable
• Comfortable learning new real estate and social media platforms

Schedule

The work schedule will vary depending on the position and client. Most schedules align with U.S. and Canadian business hours.
