As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Real Estate Case Manager with South Carolina real estate experience to join our fully remote team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who understands the South Carolina residential real estate transaction process and enjoys coordinating transactions from contract through closing.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple files, communicating with clients and real estate professionals, and keeping transactions moving forward in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Real Estate Case Manager, you will manage and coordinate residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
Responsibilities include:
Manage South Carolina residential real estate transaction files from contract through closing
Open, organize, and maintain transaction files
Track important deadlines, documents, contingencies, and transaction milestones
Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title professionals, and other transaction parties
Collect, organize, and review transaction documents for completeness
Coordinate with title and closing professionals throughout the transaction
Track outstanding documents and transaction requirements
Follow up on inspections, lender documents, title issues, payoff information, and other closing requirements
Monitor important transaction deadlines and ensure timely follow-up
Prepare and organize documents for attorney review when necessary
Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files
Coordinate closing timelines and transaction logistics
Provide clients with regular updates regarding the status of their transaction
Respond to routine client questions and escalate legal or complex issues to the appropriate attorney
Identify potential delays or missing documentation and proactively follow up
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative team members
Ensure transaction tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client and transaction information
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
2–5 years of experience working with South Carolina real estate transactions
Strong understanding of the South Carolina residential real estate transaction process
Experience coordinating residential transactions from contract through closing
Experience working with South Carolina title, closing, and real estate professionals
Familiarity with South Carolina real estate contracts, title work, closing procedures, and transaction requirements
Experience communicating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and closing professionals
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong client service skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Strong computer and technology skills
Experience using transaction management, case management, CRM, or document management systems
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to recognize issues and escalate them appropriately
A collaborative, team-first attitude
