Real Estate Consultant

Role Description This full-time Real Estate Consultant role at GROW Real Estate Partners is a hybrid position based in Lisbon, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Consultant will manage a portfolio of properties, support clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes, and prepare market analyses and property valuations. Daily activities include meeting with prospective clients, conducting property visits, advising on real estate opportunities, drafting and reviewing documentation, and coordinating with legal and financial partners as needed. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Lisbon real estate market, tracking leads in CRM tools, and collaborating with colleagues to develop sales strategies. In addition, the Real Estate Consultant will participate in training sessions, share best practices with the team, and contribute to the growth of the company’s client base and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property.
• Proven Sales experience, with the ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Effective Negotiation skills to support clients and close transactions on favorable terms.
• Experience in Training, mentoring, or coaching colleagues or clients on real estate processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid environment (office in Lisbon and remote work).
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online property platforms.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience in the Lisbon or broader Portuguese real estate market is a plus.
