Position Summary:
This position will support the European Real Estate Investment team in London, providing analytical, financial, and research support across sourcing, execution, and asset management of transactions. The Intern Analyst will work directly with deal teams on live transactions, playing an active role in financial modeling, due diligence, and investment committee materials.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (cash flow, returns, and sensitivity analysis) for potential acquisitions across residential, living, and other real estate sectors;
- Conduct market research and sector analysis to support investment theses and deal sourcing;
- Support due diligence on potential transactions, including coordinating outside accounting, legal, tax, and consulting advisors and synthesizing their findings;
- Assist with structuring and arranging acquisition financing, including liaising with lenders and reviewing term sheets;
- Prepare investment committee memos and transaction presentations, including valuation analysis and risk assessment;
- Support negotiation processes and documentation review alongside deal leads and legal counsel;
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and performance analysis on existing investments as needed;
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues; and
- Other reasonably related duties as assigned.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong academic record from a premier educational institution;
- Prior investment banking, private equity, or consulting experience with a corporate finance or real estate focus (ideally);
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
- Self-starter; confident asking questions and able to work independently in a fast-paced but collegiate environment;
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize;
- Mature, reliable and hard-working, with strong executive presence;
- Motivated and persistent – goes the extra mile; and
- Fluency in German would be a plus (but not a requirement).
