Real Estate Investment Advisor / Realtor Referral Partner
Location: Remote (Open to candidates across Kenya and international markets)
About the Opportunity
Bluefront Realty is expanding its Real Estate Investment Advisor Partner Program and is looking for ambitious realtors, sales professionals, digital marketers, content creators and network builders who can connect qualified property buyers with our investment opportunities.
This is a remote referral partnership designed for professionals who enjoy generating leads through social media, personal networks, referrals and digital marketing.
You are not expected to conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, or manage transactions. Instead, your role is to identify interested buyers, qualify them and connect them with the Bluefront Realty sales team.
You earn generous commissions on every successful property sale resulting from your qualified referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Bluefront Realty property listings through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Share marketing materials with your personal and professional network.
- Generate high-quality buyer leads interested in residential or commercial property investments.
- Engage with prospective buyers and answer initial inquiries.
- Qualify interested prospects before referring them to the Bluefront sales team.
- Maintain professional communication and timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Build and nurture your own network of investors, home buyers and property enthusiasts.
- Track and submit referrals accurately using Bluefront's designated process.
- Represent the Bluefront Realty brand professionally across all online interactions.
