Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Real Estate Investment Advisor. The role involves identifying and securing lucrative real estate investment opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, evaluating market trends, and advising clients on strategic property investments. Other responsibilities include facilitating property transactions, conducting negotiations, and providing clients with insights into financing options and investment strategies. Please note - the position is commission based and requires at least 1 month for training in company Agent's academy.

• Proven ability in Sales and client relationship management
• Excellent Negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Experience in delivering Training and educating clients on investment opportunities
• Exceptional communication, networking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with international real estate markets is an advantage
• Proficiency in financial and data analysis to guide client investments
