Role Description The Real Estate Investor role at YooKatale is a contract, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Real Estate Investor will identify, analyze, and acquire investment properties that support YooKatale’s strategic expansion and operational needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, performing financial and risk analyses, building and managing a pipeline of potential real estate opportunities, and negotiating purchase or lease agreements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align property decisions with business goals, preparing investment proposals and reports, and maintaining relationships with local agents, investors, and other real estate stakeholders. The Real Estate Investor will be expected to work both on-site in Abu Dhabi for property visits and stakeholder meetings, and remotely for research, analysis, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Investments and Finance, with demonstrated ability to evaluate returns, risks, and cash flows.
• Experience with Investment Properties and Real Estate, including market analysis, due diligence, and portfolio development.
• Proven track record of Working with Investors, partners, and other stakeholders to structure and close real estate deals.
• Knowledge of regional real estate markets, preferably in the Middle East, and familiarity with local regulations and compliance.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to present clear investment cases to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in mission-driven or food-related businesses is beneficial, with alignment to YooKatale’s values and customer-centric culture.
