What You Bring Education & Certification: Law Clerk diploma or equivalent certification. A member (or eligibility for membership) of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) is a plus. Experience & Skills: 1 year of experience in real estate law, handling residential and/or commercial transactions. Proficiency with Teraview, Unity, and other real estate software. Strong understanding of title searches, document preparation, and closing processes. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Serious Bonus Points We’ll be especially excited if you have: Experience managing high-volume real estate transactions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. A knack for explaining legal concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner. A great sense of humor, because we believe that even the busiest days benefit from a little levity! What You Will Find Here Competitive Compensation: Our compensation package reflects the value of your expertise and contributions. Salary Range: CAD $55,000 to $75,000 (final offer based on experience and skillset).
