Riva Maison Real Estate is expanding and hiring experienced Dubai Property Consultants.

We are looking for agents with 3–5 years of proven Dubai real estate experience who want the flexibility of a remote role while still being part of a structured, collaborative and ambitious sales team.

How We Work

This is a remote-first role, but RM operates as a team.

Agents are required to:

• Meet with their dedicated team twice per week at agreed locations across Dubai to work together, prospect, collaborate and attend client activity

• Participate in regular content filming sessions with our social media team to build both RM and individual agent profiles

• Attend the compulsory RM weekly meeting every Friday morning at our coworking space in Al Barsha

• Remain active with clients, viewings, listings and developer activity throughout the week

Mandatory Requirements

• 3–5 years of Dubai real estate experience

• Proven record of closing transactions in Dubai

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market

• Experience in Secondary Sales, Rentals and/or Off-Plan

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with a strong focus on commission and results

• Comfortable appearing in property and social media content

• Own UAE visa and vehicle

• Able to work independently while remaining accountable to your team
