Real Estate & Property Manager

Drive the strategic expansion and commercial optimization of Cilantro’s retail store portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying premium locations, deploying data-driven site evaluation metrics, and leading high-level lease negotiations with top-tier developers& LL to hit aggressive expansion goals while securing sustainable, rent-to-revenue commercial terms.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1- Manage the end-to-end retail site selection process, utilizing Site Scoring Matrices and Trade Area Fact Sheets to evaluate location viability.
• 2- Execute high-level commercial lease negotiations and contract renewals across various formats (malls, high-street locations, petrol stations, and institutional points of sale).
• 3- Cultivate and maintain strong strategic partnerships with leading developers and landlords.
• 4- Execute real estate strategies aligned with a Hub-and-Spoke market model, leveraging full-format hubs and delivery-focused Delta units for maximum market penetration.
• 5- Coordinate cross-functionally with legal, design, and operations teams to guarantee project readiness and timely store handovers.
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• 1- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• 2- 10+ years of solid experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or corporate business development (F&B or retail sector experience is highly preferred).
• 3- Proven track record of navigating complex landlord relationships and delivering tangible cost-saving lease terms.
