Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Rental Agent role based in Birkirkara, Malta, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Real Estate Rental Agent will manage rental listings, conduct property viewings, and support tenants and landlords throughout the rental process. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments, preparing and reviewing rental agreements, and maintaining accurate records of properties and client interactions. The role involves advising clients on market conditions, ensuring properties are presented effectively, and collaborating with the team to achieve rental targets. The agent will also handle follow-ups, resolve basic landlord/tenant issues, and provide a high standard of customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of landlord/tenant matters and rental processes, with practical experience in property management.
• Background in real estate or estate agency work, preferably within the Maltese rental market.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and client requests efficiently, with strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including use of digital tools and CRM systems to manage listings and client data.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is an advantage.
• Valid driving license and access to transport for property visits is beneficial.
• Prior experience in rentals or a related field is preferred, though motivated candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
