Real Estate Specialist

Role Description The Real Estate Specialist at Le Courtier Entreprise is a part-time remote role focused on supporting real estate transactions and client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and analyzing property information, preparing listings and documentation, and coordinating communication between clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. The role involves advising clients on real estate options, monitoring market trends, and supporting real estate development initiatives through data collection and reports. The Real Estate Specialist will also assist with sales activities, follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records in company systems, and ensure a professional, responsive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property, with the ability to interpret property data, market information, and transaction details.
• Experience in Real Estate Development, including supporting project evaluations, feasibility assessments, and development-related documentation.
• Proven Sales skills, with the ability to manage leads, present property information clearly, and support closing activities.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time setting, manage time independently, and use digital tools for communication and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in en_US, with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Comfort with basic office and collaboration software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools); prior experience in real estate or property management is an asset.
• Relevant education or certification in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
