Role Description
The Real Estate Specialist & Expert Trainer is a contract role based in Multan with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site activities with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will provide expert guidance on real estate concepts, market trends, and best practices to participants in training programs and workshops. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and delivering training sessions, developing course materials, case studies, and practical exercises, and supporting learners through coaching and mentorship. The role also involves collaborating with the LeadLegacy team to align training content with organizational goals, engaging with real estate professionals and clients for insights, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local and national real estate regulations and market developments. The specialist will contribute to community events and networking activities, representing LeadLegacy’s values and commitment to leadership in the real estate sector.

Qualifications

Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience in Real Estate and Real Property.

• Background in Real Estate Development, including project evaluation, planning, and market feasibility.
• Proven Sales skills within the real estate sector, with the ability to translate field experience into effective training content.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, including communication, client relationship management, and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated experience as a trainer, coach, or mentor, preferably in real estate or related professional fields.
• Ability to design clear, engaging training materials and deliver interactive in-person and online sessions.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work with diverse groups of learners.
• Comfort with hybrid work environments, including use of digital tools for remote training, communication, and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Multan real estate market and regulatory environment is highly beneficial.
