Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to make an impact in the sports industry and thrive in a dynamic team environment as a Receptionist (m/f/d)100% - one-year fixed-term contract - Salary range € 26.000 - 28.000

Your main tasks

• Ensuring professional service at the reception desk

• Answering all incoming phone calls at switchboard

• Receiving all visitors at the front desk and informing requested colleagues

• Preparation & Mantaining of meeting rooms

• Handling the inbox as well as outgoing mail including delivery service

Your profile

• 1 - 3 years experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail

• Confidentiality

• Experience in all Microsoft applications incl. Power Point and Excel

• Advanced knowledge of English
