About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our team remotely. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of People Operations and the executive team to identify, source, and hire top talent across all departments. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth by acquiring the right talent to support our strategic objectives. As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of PerformYard by attracting high-caliber professionals and fostering a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related roles, preferably in a high-volume environment
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting platforms
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external candidates
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  
  

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes across all departments
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with leadership to align on talent acquisition goals and strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create requisitions, and develop sourcing strategies
• Act as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the recruitment stages
• Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and branding efforts
• Craft compelling job descriptions to attract top talent and maintain job postings on external sites
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate scheduling to ensure a streamlined hiring process
• Maintain accurate tracking of all recruitment activities within the ATS
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback and next steps
• Gain exposure to recruiting across multiple departments such as Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing
