Recruiter

This role will start part-time, hourly for 30-60 days, and then will scale to a full-time, salary + Bonus plan.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. They will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Recruiter will handle all aspects of the recruitment process, from posting job ads and reviewing resumes to conducting background checks and making job offers.

This position has the potential to go full-time within 30-90 days of hire, once performance metrics have been demonstrated.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in HR or related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
