MotivHealth is looking for a Recruiter with experience in full lifecycle recruiting. In this role, you'll manage the entire talent acquisition process from sourcing candidates to their start date for both MotivHealth and Start Health, which is an affiliated organization. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and develop accurate, compelling job descriptions Source and screen candidates across a range of departments, including underwriting, claims, sales, operations and others. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process Draft and extend offer letters, including compensation structures, bonus terms, and other negotiated details Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS and HR systems Manage requisition approvals and coordinate with department leaders on staffing needs Coordinate travel logistics for candidates and new hires as needed Support onboarding efforts in partnership with HR, including new hire documentation and orientation materials Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruitment-related inquiries across the company WHAT YOU BRING: 5+ years of recruiting experience, including a background in healthcare and call center recruiting Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers Proficiency with ATS platforms and HR systems (e.g., BambooHR) Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the recruitment function HOW WE SUPPORT YOU: 5% annual bonus based on company profitability Affordable health, vision, and dental insurance for you and your family Company contributes up to $2,300 to Health Savings Account annually Wellness program that contributes additional money towards your HSA Automatic 3% contribution into retirement plan Career development and growth opportunities Flexible Time Off & 10 paid holidays per year MotivHealth is a dynamic and mission-driven health insurance company dedicated to disrupting the status quo by making healthcare simpler and more affordable for our members.
