Job Title : IT Recruiter

Location : Budapest , Hungary

Work Mode : Remote

Duration : 6-12 Months

Job Description:

• Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for various technical roles.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to find candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate technical skills at a basic level.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salary and joining dates with selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, etc.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
