99ads is looking for an experienced Recruiter, skilled in global talent sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees for our fast growing DTC clients. We are looking for someone who thrives on finding the right fit for a role while ensuring a positive experience for both the candidate and client.

Requirements 🎯

🎤 Fluent English (C1 and above- written and verbal).

🖥️ At least 2+ years experience working as a 360 recruiter in house or for an agency.

📱 Experience working for a performance marketing/creative agency or within the paid social advertising industry sourcing talent for DTC brands is highly beneficial.

📈 Experience developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.

👥 Experience sourcing and attracting candidates by posting to relevant job boards, using online databases, social media networks and employee referrals.

🗂️ Experience qualifying or rejecting candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback to create candidate shortlists.

🌍 Proven experience interviewing candidates using relevant online tools within schedule (experience conducting interviews with candidates globally is highly beneficial).

👥 Serve as main point of contact for questions from candidates.

📈 Proactively identifying future hiring needs.

📊 Proven experience building and maintaining influential candidate relationships and a strong, updated talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

📢 Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

🎯 Strong decision-making skills.

⏰ Excellent time management and organization skills.

🤖 Proven client management experience.
