Jupiter BPO is looking for an organized, proactive, and candidate-focused Recruitment Specialist to manage both our direct job board platform and our international recruitment network!

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM CET (10:00 - 18:00)

Working Conditions: Hybrid / Remote

Role Overview

This role carries two distinct core responsibilities requiring separate tracking, workflows, and priorities: managing direct candidate applications on our proprietary job board platform, and managing split placements and collaborative recruitment across our partner network (NPAworldwide network).

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Recruitment

Application Management: Check, review, and organize incoming candidate applications landing directly on our platform.

AI Match Screening: Review AI-generated candidate matches to evaluate fit and decide who moves forward in the hiring pipeline.

Candidate Engagement: Screen and interview candidates who apply through the platform.

Employer Quality Control: Ensure client employers on the platform receive high-caliber, vetted applicants.

Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, including application volumes, quality, and response speed.

2. Network & Partner Recruitment (NPAworldwide Network)

Split Placements: Conduct collaborative candidate searches and split placements with external recruitment firms in the NPA network.

Partner Requisitions: Manage job orders and candidates originating directly through NPA partner agencies.

Relationship Building: Develop, maintain, and nurture strong working relationships with partner recruitment members.

Pipeline Management: Maintain dedicated, separate tracking for all network-originated candidates and requisitions.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in Bitola, Macedonia.

English: Fluent written and spoken English.

Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or candidate screening.

Tech Skills: Comfortable using ATS systems, job boards, and AI tools.

Organization: Ability to manage two separate workloads and pipelines.
