About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across Socially Powerful. This is an exciting opportunity for someone in a recruitment career who is looking to develop within a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment. You’ll support the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles, including marketing, influencer, creative, paid media, and client services, while working closely with senior team members and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, people-focused, and eager to build a career in talent acquisition. Recruitment Delivery Support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles, including scheduling, candidate coordination, and interview management Assist with writing job descriptions and posting roles across relevant platforms Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, alongside the wider Talent team Screen CVs and support with initial candidate outreach and qualification Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep all stakeholders updated Sourcing & Talent Pipelining Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates for current and future roles Build and maintain talent pools for key roles across the business Support talent mapping projects for high-priority or frequently hired positions Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability Stakeholder & Candidate Management Work closely with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the process Build strong relationships with both active and passive talent Support communication with external agencies where required Process & Coordination Maintain accurate records of candidates, pipelines, and hiring progress Support the team in improving recruitment processes and efficiencies Assist with reporting on key hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline health) Ensure all recruitment activity is well-organised and tracked 2-4 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a people-focused role (agency or in-house) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator, both written and verbal Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Interest in marketing, social media, influencer, or creative industries is a plus Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools is beneficial Competitive salary based on experience; SportMaster program supporting physical and mental well-being; Hybrid or fully remote work; come into our Skopje offices whenever you prefer!
