About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter (m/w/d) on a fixed-term basis for two years to join our team at the Pfreimd location. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners and external agencies, to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to strengthening our workforce and supporting our mission to secure the future of the Bundeswehr. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for talent acquisition within a dynamic and structured environment.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, preferably with a focus on personnel management.
• Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR functions.
• Good working knowledge of applicant management systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
• Self-reliant, results-oriented working style with excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• High willingness to travel within the designated area.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire candidate lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Conducting interviews via telephone, in-person, or virtual platforms to assess candidate suitability.
• Leading contract negotiations and initiating the employment agreement process.
• Writing and publishing compelling job advertisements to attract qualified applicants.
• Advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices to meet staffing needs.
• Proactively sourcing candidates through creative approaches such as job boards, career fairs, and active sourcing techniques.
• Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and external stakeholders like recruitment agencies to fulfill staffing requirements.
• Participating in projects aimed at improving recruitment workflows, systems, and processes for enhanced efficiency.
• Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
