Role Overview

At Job Duck, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in connecting top talent with the right opportunities by carefully analyzing candidate profiles and aligning them with client needs. You will contribute directly to successful placements by coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage processes efficiently will make a meaningful impact on hiring outcomes and overall satisfaction.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Verifying candidate start dates and coordinating handoff to the Account Manager
• Attending daily huddles, weekly meetings, and L10 sessions
• Receiving, editing, and updating job requisitions in Workday
• Analyzing candidate profiles to determine suitability and alignment with client needs
• Following up with clients regarding job requisition status
• Requesting documentation based on client requirements
• Coordinating and facilitating multi-candidate interviews
• Responding to candidate inquiries and updating information as needed
• Managing candidate communication via email and WhatsApp
• Reviewing and updating candidate profiles in Workday
• Sending candidate matches to clients through Zendesk
• Following up on assessments and client requirements
• Maintaining candidate engagement throughout the matchmaking process
• Updating and managing internal databases
• Reviewing job requisitions and resumes using internal tools
• Managing client communication through Zendesk
• Confirming candidate availability for interviews, assessments, and schedules

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar
• Client and candidate-facing background required
• Strong organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Effective time management
• Strategic thinking and planning ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Analytical and data-driven approach
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
