Role Description The Recruiter role at UncleSolutions is a full-time remote position focused on identifying and engaging skilled developers and engineering professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing technical and cultural fit. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interview and feedback processes. This role also includes maintaining accurate recruitment data, communicating clearly with candidates throughout each stage, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring strategies and processes. Qualifications
Experience with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, preferably in technology or engineering recruitment.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills for working with candidates and hiring teams.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized candidate pipelines in applicant tracking systems.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and digital communication platforms; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Understanding of software development roles, skills, and career paths; prior experience recruiting developers is a plus.
Demonstrated commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
