The Role

Hudson Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a global confectionery and snacking company for a Recruiter to join their team. This is a full desk, embedded role covering full cycle recruiting from intake through offer, remote based out of Guadalajara or Monterrey, Mexico.

What You Will Actually Do

• Manage full cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer, across a mix of open requisitions
• Partner directly with hiring managers to scope roles and build a sourcing strategy for each
• Build and manage a healthy, high volume pipeline in a fast moving environment
• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, as part of a global hiring process

• Someone comfortable managing multiple requisitions at once without losing pace
• A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates alike

What You Bring

• Proven full cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate or RPO environment
• Strong sourcing skills and solid pipeline management habits
• Comfortable and experienced working in a 100% remote role
• Based in or near Guadalajara or Monterrey, Mexico
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
