You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for healthcare-related roles while ensuring alignment with client requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment. Key Responsibilities Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and other channels. Use Boolean and targeted search techniques to identify qualified healthcare talent. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines based on current and future hiring needs. Review resumes and conducts initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, availability, and job fit. Present qualified candidates and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the recruitment process. Manage multiple job orders, pipelines, and deadlines while meeting sourcing, screening, submission, and hiring targets. Build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, account managers, and clients. Communicate job requirements, expectations, and recruitment updates clearly and professionally. Identify sourcing challenges and adjust recruitment strategies based on hiring needs and market conditions. Collaborate with the recruitment team by sharing candidate insights, sourcing strategies, and best practices. Provide positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the recruitment process. What We’re Looking For Strong English communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a high-volume recruitment environment. Results-driven, resilient, and highly adaptable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality candidates. Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage.
