You’ll play a critical role in identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, primarily warehouse staff and delivery drivers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies. Screen and qualify candidates via phone and video interviews, evaluating work history, skills, and compensation expectations. Present job details to candidates, including duties, policies, and benefits. Extend job offers and manage the offer acceptance process. Maintain a proactive sourcing pipeline for future hiring needs. Coordinate onboarding process until the candidates’ day one with the company Skills & Qualifications: 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience , with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring. Proven experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles. Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes. Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with hiring managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
