RAW Resourcing is looking for an ambitious Recruiter to join our growing international team.
We are a specialist recruitment business supporting clients globally with the appointment of high-quality technical, operational and managerial professionals.
This is a fully remote opportunity for someone based in Africa who enjoys headhunting, building relationships and developing an international network.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from initial search through to placement, while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
🔱 Headhunting and sourcing specialist candidates
🔱 Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates
🔱 Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
🔱 Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
🔱 Developing relationships with new and existing clients
🔱 Writing and advertising vacancies
🔱 Presenting suitable candidates directly to clients
🔱 Coordinating interviews and managing candidate feedback
🔱 Managing offers and negotiations
🔱 Identifying new business and market opportunities
We’re looking for someone with:
⚓ Previous recruitment, headhunting or sales experience
⚓ Fluent English and Russian
⚓ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
⚓ A proactive and commercially driven approach
⚓ Confidence speaking with candidates and clients internationally
⚓ Strong organisation and attention to detail
⚓ The ability to work independently within a remote environment
⚓ Ambition to develop and grow within an international recruitment business
