Your Mission

• Active sourcing via Xing, LinkedIn and other channels
• Responsibility for the entire candidate lifecycle and an excellent candidate experience
• Development of target-group-specific recruiting strategies
• Screening applications and conducting qualified interviews
• Optimising recruiting processes and KPI management
• Collaboration with international stakeholders and participation in projects

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in white-collar recruiting
• Experience in conducting interviews and active sourcing
• Leadership experience in international teams
• Strong market understanding and stakeholder management
• Organisational talent and strong communication skills
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Strategic thinking and operational excellence
